To secure your puppy a $500 deposit is required for any colour and for pick of the litter it's $1000.

If for any reason you have a change of mind within the 3 weeks prior to the release date, you do not loose your deposit. Your spot will be transferred over to the next available litter or pup that meets your selection of colour and sex. The next available little might not be the next pups that are born, but instead the next that have not already been allocated to customers.

It is possible for Andonas Kennels to hold on to your puppy beyond the agreed upon release date. Each week will incur a fee of $100 and the customer is responsible for all Vet costs after the release date. Andonas Kennels prefers not to keep the puppies longer than 8 weeks as it is best for the new owner to begin the bonding process with the pup.

The purchase price does include the C3 injection and the first vaccination. The purchase price does not include delivery and insurance during transit.

The owner is responsible for the health and welfare of their new puppy and all Vet costs once the puppy is released. As with all dogs, they can be hit with health problems. This is an unfortunate and unforseen rare circumstance of owning any dog. Andonas Kennels has not had any complaints from any owners in the past and we hope it stays that way.

Any new owner has until the last vaccination to let us know if there is any life threatening health issues with your dog. As unfortunate as this is, Andonas Kennels is more than happy to discuss the return of the dog. The illness has to be verified by 2 separate Vets before the dog is returned and Andonas’ own vet. These measures prevent owners from returning unwanted pets.

After the release date all new owners receive pedigree papers which they must complete and return back to Andonas Kennels. Once all the forms are received, Andonas Kennels will file these with the Canine Association to have the litter registered. When that is complete, all owners will receive their pedigree papers. Please take into consideration that this can be a long drawn out process and it usually takes about 4-6 months to receive your pedigree papers as we have to wait for all owners to return their forms and then join the back of the queue with regards to the Canine Association.

A leather and leash is supplied free of charge on the release date. The owner is supplied with a customised recipe to help the puppy reach its full potential. Also supplied is a 2 hour professional DVD featuring Andonas’ dogs in action.

Any previous or new owner is entitled to a 30% discount on any product featured on our site.

Andonas Kennels has designed its own calendars and as a customer of ours you are more than welcome to have a calendar free of charge once they are ready from the printers. Please call or email for more information.
